Pepper & Co was founded by Christiaan Kotze, who began as a solo property maintenance professional with a simple mission: do the job properly, or not at all.
Over the years, Christiaan’s commitment to quality, transparency, and personal service attracted a loyal client base. As demand grew, so did the team — evolving into a network of skilled contractors and specialists, all sharing the same values.
Today, Pepper & Co delivers premium renovations across Kent, offering everything from loft conversions and kitchen installations to bespoke timber structures and log burners through our sub-brand, We are Pepper Pots.
